KEY TO SUGARLAND "I WAS THERE" CONTEST - OFFICIAL RULES

1. HOW TO ENTER: Beginning April 7, 2009 at 5PM through October 9, 2009 10PM EST (the "Contest Period"), go to www.thekeytosugarland.com (the "Site") and register for the Key To Sugarland "I Was There" Contest (the "Contest") in accordance with the on-screen instructions. Once you are registered, you may participate in the Contest in one of the cities at which Sugarland's concert will take place. Registered users may log on to the Site or www.sugarlandfan.com and obtain a clue for the city in which you want to participate. The clue[s] will help you find the Sugarland specially branded key (the "Key") in your city of choice (the "City"). Once you have your clue[s], look for the Key in your City. The first registered entrant to physically find the Key and call Sponsor's phone number located on the Key is the winner of that City. If more than one entrant claims to have found the Key first, a Sponsor representative will have watched the finding of the Key and will ultimately decide the person who in fact found the Key first. Decisions of Sponsor are final and binding. The location and dates of each City's Contest and each City's Concert ("Concert") will be provided at the Site on or about April 14, 2009 Not all cities on the Concert tour are included in this Contest. Limit one entry per person during entire Contest Period.

2. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia and Canada (except residents of Quebec) who have reached the age of majority in their state or province of residence at time of entry. Void in the province of Quebec and where prohibited by law. Employees of Sponsor, its parents, affiliates and subsidiaries, participating advertising and Contest agencies (and members of their immediate family and/or those living in the same of household of each such employee) are not eligible.

3. PRIZE: The winner of each City’s Contest will win the following: (1) Opportunity to stand on stage with Sugarland during the Concert in your City; (2) two tickets to the City’s Concert; and $50 worth of Sugarland merchandise signed by Sugarland band members. Approximate retail value of each prize: $150.00. Sponsor is not responsible if the winner’s Concert is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason, in which event those portions of the prize are forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided. All other expenses not specified herein are the responsibility of the winner, including but not limited to and transportation to/from Concert. ALL TAXES ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER.

4. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: Entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this Contest. The winner must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and where legally permissible a Publicity Release within 7 days following the date of first attempted notification. Failure to comply with this deadline may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner. Return of any such documents as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. The prize is awarded without warranty of any kind from Sponsor, express or implied, without limitation. All federal, state, provincial and local laws apply. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its agencies to use winner's name, photo, video, film, performance and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law, including without limitation, the posting of winner's name and videotaped interview with Sugarland on a big screen during the Concert, on the Internet and via mobile uploads. By entering the Contest, entrant agrees to hold Sponsor, its respective directors, officers, employees, assigns and its participating advertising and promotion vendors harmless for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in the Contest or by acceptance or use of the prize. Entrants represent that they have no medical restrictions that prevent them from participating in this Contest. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Contest or in the announcement of the prize.

5. REGISTRATIONS: Registrations using macro, script or other forms of automatic entry will be disqualified. Registrations become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. No mechanically reproduced registrations permitted. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, inaccurate, or mutilated registrations. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an online entrant, the prize will be awarded to the authorized account holder of the email address. The "authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person to whom the email address is assigned by an Internet service provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.

6. INTERNET: Sponsor is not responsible for electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions or limitations of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor or presenter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site or any combination thereof. If for any reason the Internet portion of the program is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Contest, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest. Sponsor reserves the right, but not the obligation, to select winners from eligible entries received as of the termination date. Sponsor further reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. Caution: Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any Web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the game is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such entrant to the fullest extent of the law.

7. GOVERNING LAW/JURISDICTION. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of participants or Sponsor in connection with the Contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the state of CA, USA without giving effect to any choice of law of conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other state or provincial laws. Claims may not be resolved through any form of class action. Venue for all suits will be in federal or state courts located in Los Angeles, USA.

8. SEVERABILITY: If any provision(s) of these Official Rules are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect.

9. WINNER'S LIST: For winners' names, log onto www.sugarlandfan.com or www.thekeytosugarland.com. Each City's Concert's winner will be posted for 5 days or more after the City's Concert.
